VISITOR POLICY:
You are welcome to have visitors to your site briefly free of charge. All visitors must check in at office. Visitors staying beyond 1 hour will be charged the day rate of $5 per adult. (Day visitors' children and dogs are free.) Visitors must vacate by sundown otherwise full camping fees apply.
POLICY STATEMENT:

Ages of CHILDREN: (It is policy to charge for children of all ages up to and including 16 yrs).

Long weekends are a minimum of 3 nights camping and require a minimum deposit of 25% at time of making reservation and full payment must be made 21 days prior to the arrival date.

Prime time reservations require a minimum deposit of 25% at time of making reservation and full payment must be made 21 days prior to the event date.

Event Weekends are a fixed rate and require full payment upon booking. Neurum Creek Bush Retreat reserves the right to postpone the event due to weather/flooding, or an occurrence beyond our control. The event would then be rescheduled to another date, or a 90 day credit will be provided. No Refunds.

A deposit is required to confirm reservation.

No refunds of deposits or payments unless 14 days clear notice of the event date. (Minimum $10 or 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from refund).

Rental equipment (tents etc) will attract a 50% deposit over and above standard deposits and full payment must be made 21 days prior to the arrival date. $100 bond is payable upon arrival.

Strictly no refunds of deposits or payments for prime times, events, rent a tents or equipment.
POLICY WEEKEND:
A minimum of (2) two nights is the policy for weekends. (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) You are welcome to arrive early on Saturday morning when you have reserved Friday night, in which case your registration information will be posted on the "Late arrivals" stand. Please ensure you stop and collect before entering campgrounds.
Stand by, you may reserve a Saturday for (1) one night only the day before (depending on site availability).
SATURDAY RESERVATIONS:
Saturday can only be reserved when a second night is taken i.e. Friday or Sunday. Standby for (1) night Saturday is available from preceding Friday a.m. Check in time 1 p.m. Checkout following day 11 a.m.
