Site is 320 Square Metres Area "D" is the Daintree forest. Named because of the sub tropic vegetation and all year round shade. There are 2 very large fig trees in this area including a "Ficus Virens" on D4 which loses leaves and regenerates in 6 weeks September & October. It is close to all facilities and very popular with families. D7 is at the end of area D and relatively quiet. *** No ground tarps allowed, only shade-cloth style ground cover is permitted. *** |
